What can I store in my unit?

If it fits, you can store it. From business documents to furniture, appliances, and sports gear. We also offer car storage solutions.

Is there anything I can't store?

For health and safety reasons we do not allow fresh food, chemicals, flammable substances, explosives, firearms or illegal items.

How much does it cost?

Our self storage units are very affordable. The cost depends on the size of the unit and the location. To find out more please contact us on 1300 125 546.

How do I book a unit?

If you know what size unit you are looking for you can reserve a unit today over the phone or you can book online.

How soon can I move in?

Today, if we have a unit available.

Can you help me move in?

We are not a removal company, however we do provide new customers with free trailer hire (conditions apply). We also sell a large range of boxes and packaging materials at our Pascoe Vale facility.

What is the minimum storage period?

The minimum rental period is one month.

Is there a maximum storage period?

No. Your storage agreement will extend automatically each month until you choose to terminate it.

When can I access my storage unit?

Clients storing at Brunswick have 24/7 access to their storage units. However clients at our Pascoe Vale facility can access their units 9am-5pm Monday t Friday or 9am-2pm on Saturdays.

Can anyone else access my storage unit?

No. You are the only one who has a key to your unit.

How secure are the storage units?

Very. All of our spaces are alarmed, access is PIN coded and we have CCTV and back to base alarms. Please contact your chosen facility for more details.

Do you offer insurance?

Yes, we do offer insurance options at an extra cost. Call us today to enquire about insuring your items in self storage.
